Satyan Gajwani is the MD of Times Business Solutions – a division of Times Internet Limited. TBS operates the major digital classifieds arms of the Times Group, in major verticals such as jobs, real estate, matrimonial, and technology. TBS operates TimesJobs.com, for the premium recruitment and careers segment, Magicbricks.com, for real estate, SimplyMarry.com for matrimonials, and Ads2Book and TCNext.com for personal classifieds. In addition, TBS has recently launched TechGig.com, an exclusive IT professionals networking site.
Satyan’s goal is to operate as a collective of nimble startups with a dedicated focus on making each business a success in its respective vertical.
Satyan earned his Bachelor’s in Mathematical and Computational Science from Stanford University, and earned his Masters in Management Science and Engineering from Stanford as well. He previously worked at Barclays Bank in New York, and moved to India four years ago as Director of New Media for The Times Group
